Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the printed return slip inside the box.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email, then securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your refund or exchange is processed.
